Please note that for all orders shipped outside of the UK, customers are responsible for paying any subsequent import tariffs that may apply to shipments within their home country.
We may change the prices on our website at any time without prior notice.

We make every effort to ensure that all prices provided on the website are correct. However, errors may still occur. If the price we report on the website is incorrect and the correct price is lower than the quoted price, we will automatically assume that you wish to continue ordering. However, if the correct price is higher than the initial quotation, we will contact you to inquire if you still want to order the product.

Payment Terms – You confirm that you have the right to use the credit/debit card with the detailed information you provided. All credit/debit cards must undergo verification checks and authorization by the issuing institution. If your issuing institution refuses to authorize payment, we will not accept your order. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any delay or non delivery. We are not obligated to inform you of the reasons for rejection. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or issuing institution for processing your credit/debit card payments based on your order.

If the goods you ordered are delayed in supply, we will notify you as soon as possible. If you are unable to deliver the goods within 30 days after placing an order, we will notify you of the delay and you may cancel the order or agree with us on a further delivery time.

Return and Exchange Policy
We hope you are completely satisfied with any products purchased from our website. If you are not satisfied with the purchased product for any reason, you can return the unworn and unused product within 28 days from the date of shipment. We will provide detailed information about the delivery date of the goods in the order document. All items you wish to return must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent, and the labels must be intact and undamaged.
Refunds can only be returned to the card used at the time of payment. After receiving the item you returned, we will send you an email as soon as possible. In addition, we usually deposit funds into your credit/debit card used to purchase the goods within 14 days of receiving them.

All products purchased at promotional prices can be changed to different colors or sizes within 14 days after shipment.

Please note that we do not provide return services for the following products purchased online or in physical stores:

Ladies’ high-end customized hats are produced according to orders and tailored for customers.
Unless it is the fault of Sunnylidmoking, products with letter combinations cannot be returned or exchanged.
Special orders for men’s hats cannot be returned or exchanged
Men’s silk top hats and any safety helmets that meet the requirements cannot be returned.

Remote Sales Regulations
According to the Consumer Protection (Remote Sales) Regulations of 2000 and 2005, you have the right to cancel orders for goods purchased from our website during the statutory cooling off period. Orders can be cancelled within 14 calendar days from the date of shipment. You need to indicate the word ‘cancel’. Then you have 14 days to return the goods to us.
To cancel your order, please notify us by letter or email within the statutory cooling off period and provide detailed information about the ordered goods and delivery date (if applicable).

If you exercise your cancellation right after the delivery of the goods, please return the goods to the designated address according to the above return instructions. Please note that unless we make an error during delivery, you will be responsible for the return cost.

Delivery, Ownership, and Risk
The order will be sent to the delivery address you provided in the order. We are not responsible if the delivery address is incorrect. Please note that we are unable to deliver to a post office box. Our delivery location has some delivery restrictions, and we will provide them to you upon request. The ownership of the product will be transferred to you upon delivery.
After receiving the product, all risks of product damage or loss will be transferred to you.
